We refund the entire first charge if you tell us within 30 days. The window is enforced on the Stripe subscription metadata — not by a support queue — so eligibility is automatic.
Any first-time subscription to an Orthoplex plugin is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the first charge.
Email [email protected] with the email address on the account. We do not require a reason. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Your account is closed, license keys revoked, and any AI generations remain on your WordPress site. Stripe records the refund automatically.
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate after the 30-day window.
